It is the responsibility of the client to provide an address where there are people to receive the package or packages at the delivery time. Delays caused by the customer’s absence at the time of delivery: incorrect registration information, the customer’s refusal to accept the shipment and the change of address, are not the responsibility of 1a10 Design.

WARRANTY

Our products are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of delivery. To exercise it, the ticket, invoice or any other document that proves the purchase must be presented. The warranty covers manufacturing, installation and hardware failure of hardware accessories such as hinges and rails.

Damage caused by heat stains, humidity, excess load, scratches and dents or any other damage caused by misuse and maintenance not in accordance with that recommended by the manufacturer are excluded from this guarantee. In the latter case, these repair or installation costs will be collected.
